WIGGINTON ROAD AREA

The Wigginton Road area is located around the hospital. The main student area is to the West of York Hospital around Burton Stone Lane. This is a student hotspot for people at St. Johns, it is a little cheaper than The Groves which is great. There are not a massive amount of local amenities, so it’s into town for any substantial shopping. There are usually a lot of student houses for rent in this area, so don’t hurry and make the wrong choice. St. Johns is only a 10 minute walk and town a 15 minute walk.

Rent is in the Wigginton area is around £55-70pppw and for somewhere around £65 you should get a cracking house.
