HUNTINGTON ROAD AREA

The Huntington Road area neighbours The Groves. It is a great location for St. Johns students as it is only a 10 minute walk. There are shops around though I would advise doing weekly shops at the supermarkets not the local shops – it could get expensive! The houses are all quite a good size here and you get good value for money. If you are into your Golf then this is ideal as the Golf Course is very close.

Rent is from £55-75pppw around the Huntington Road area, it does get cheaper the further up the road you go, so if you are not bothered by an extra 5 minute walk then you could save some Beer money.
