QUAYSIDE

The quayside has seen huge development in recent years, this has really put it on the map, not just for Newcastle but for the whole UK. There are some amazing Quayside flats, with spectacular river views. It is not known for its students necessarily, however if you want something a little different and a little exclusive this is for you. The rent is not overpriced for what you get – don’t be fooled though, its not cheap. If you are a couple then a Quayside apartment is ideal. There are some wonderful restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, there are not many shops but town is only a 5-10 minute walk and Uni only really a 15 minute walk away.

Rent is really from £70-100pppw, you can find cheaper but you need to look around. The Quayside is not for everyone, but if you are looking for that little bit more, this is a cool place to live!
