HEADINGLEY

Headingley is an incredibly popular student area of Leeds, the good houses are known to go quickly. It is located just to the North of Leeds Uni along Headingley Lane and the Otley Road. It is an idyllic area for students to live. It has lots of local shops, pubs and restaurants to keep you happy. There is also the bus to take you to town if you don't fancy the walk. To Leeds Uni it’s about a 10-15 minute walk and to Leeds Met only 5-10 minutes.

Rent in Headingley is anything from £55-75pppw, though you can get a lot higher rent if you find a serious pad!! You are looking at a popular area for both universities which means that houses will go quickly and rent can be high.
